In accordance with the 11th<\/sup> article of Law on the Protection of Personal Data (\u201cLaw\u201d or \u201cLPDD\u201d), natural persons who own Data have the right to obtain information about their processed personal data.<\/p>\n

The natural persons whose personal data are processed within the scope of the Law are defined as „Data Owners“ and the relevant Data Owner can submit the following requests by filling out this form and applying to our Clinic in writing:<\/p>\n

  1. Find out whether your personal data has been processed,<\/li>\n
  2. Learning the method of personal data collection,<\/li>\n
  3. To find out for what purpose personal data is processed and whether it is used for its intended purpose,<\/li>\n
  4. Find out how long your personal data will be stored for,<\/li>\n
  5. To find out to whom and for what purpose their processed personal data can be transferred,<\/li>\n
  6. Know the third parties, to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,<\/li>\n
  7. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrectly processed,<\/li>\n
  8. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data or notifying third parties if it has been transferred,<\/li>\n
  9. If a result has appeared against person as a result of the processed data, to object to it,<\/li>\n
  10. In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to request the recovery of this damage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
